Complete video at: fora.tv Addressing the upcoming Climate Conference in Copenhagen, Royal Dutch Shell CEO Jeroen van der Veer emphasizes the importance of the big country club, while former Vice President Al Gore stresses the significance of "binding commitments" from the developing world. "It has to be a planetary solution, to a planetary crisis," says Gore. ------ With world leaders preparing to meet at the United Nations Climate Change Conference Copenhagen in December 2009 to create a global framework for tackling global warming and climate change, Thomas L. Friedman, Columnist, Foreign Affairs, The New York Times, USA, asked panelists what has to happen between now and the end of the year to ensure success. Albert Arnold "Al" Gore, Jr. was the forty-fifth Vice President of the United States, serving from 1993 to 2001 under President Bill Clinton. Before that, Vice President Gore served in the US House of Representatives (1977-85) and the US Senate (1985-93), representing Tennessee. A prominent environmental activist, he shares the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change "for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change." Gore was the Democratic nominee for president in the 2000 election in which he won the popular vote by a plurality. A legal controversy over the Florida election recount, ultimately ...

www.weforum.org 30.01.2009 Rising to the Challenge of Copenhagen The clock is now ticking for the international community to deliver the successor to the Kyoto Protocol in time for the UN Conference on Climate Change that will take place in Copenhagen at the end of this year. What needs to be done in the months ahead to deliver an agreement that has the full support of policy-makers and industry leaders from both industrialized and developing economies? www.reuters.com www.infowars.com While the EPA declares the gas that we exhale to be a deadly poison, as protesters at Copenhagen decry the suffering of polar bears as their population figures increase to record levels, and as delegates in the Danish capital warn of the dastardly peril of cows farting, a New York Times report confirming that US drinking water contains dangerous levels of arsenic, uranium and other radioactive substances barely gets noticed. Furthermore, the new study shows that the Environmental Protection Agency knew that water systems all over the United States were contaminated with dangerous levels of numerous toxic substances, yet failed to punish the vast majority of water authorities involved. Since the environmental movement was completely hijacked by globalists hell bent on world government and devastating carbon taxes, real environmental problems have been swept aside as the contrived scam of man-made global warming swallows up all the attention. Our drinking water is contaminated with toxic waste, our food supply is poisoned by genetically modified garbage, and our consumer products are laced with cancer-causing chemicals, but who cares right? Surely all this pales in comparison to the effort to stop the world warming by a percentage of a degree over the next 100 years? More than 20 percent of the nations water treatment systems have violated key provisions of the Safe Drinking Water Act over the last five years, according to a New York Times ...

Airing Date Nov.24, 2009 Tonight on CNBC's Kudlow Report, some guest host took on the fortunate task of spinning "Climate-gate" Let me start by saying prior to this interview he had with Senator Inhofe they had Alan Grayson on doing his typical Republican bashing, then they went into the interview i have posted, they then followed up shortly after the clip with a story on Sarah Palin. So what i sense their brand of propaganda was to make this some sort of republican thing. They open with republican bashing, bring on Mr.Inhofe who obviously is un informed of the e mail matter, then display Sarah freaking Palin for good measure attempting to make anyone talking about this or whom ever is confirming what is actually said in the e mails and such a Republican or a right wing cook It appears as though GE / NBC is going to take the low road on this, ignore what is actually said & shows within the data that had leaked and just play the classic old Left Vs Right Paradigm Game, ignore everything and make counter accusations. What a joke Ill simply leave you with this quote from an article & you tell me who has most to risk here from this information? Couldnt be the same big oil companies and weapon making companies that they blame for global warming could it? i suggest you read it, thanks for viewing and taking the time to read. "Already, corporate behemoths like General Electric, DuPont, Johnson & Johnson, and others have come together to form the United States Climate Action ...

www.reuters.com www.infowars.com While the EPA declares the gas that we exhale to be a deadly poison, as protesters at Copenhagen decry the suffering of polar bears as their population figures increase to record levels, and as delegates in the Danish capital warn of the dastardly peril of cows farting, a New York Times report confirming that US drinking water contains dangerous levels of arsenic, uranium and other radioactive substances barely gets noticed. Shell promised that gas flaring would end in Nigeria in 2008, but went back on its word. Flaring causes cancer, leukemia, and other diseases, as well as destroying the local habitat and contributing to climate change. Shell want to install a gas refinery and production pipeline onshore in Mayo in Ireland, but despite support from the government, the people are resisting. Some Irish activists showed solidarity with the people of the Niger Delta at the Shell headquarters building in Dublin on Ogoni Day, January 4th, 2008. Nigeria is on fire. Shell, stop it! .On its website Shell states that its scientists, engineers and entire technical community are working on the development of technologies to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. In Nigeria,Shell keeps 110 gas flares burning, day and night. Together, these gas flares produce as much CO2 as four million cars. But this gas could be used for other purposes, such as electricity generation. Tells the harsh truth.Nigeria is on fire. Shell, stop it! Natural gas is often released in the extraction of oil in Nigeria. Shell sets this gas on fire. This gas flaring releases large quantities of greenhouse gas. Furthermore, it wastes an enormous amount of energy that Nigeria could put to good use. Gas flaring in Nigeria makes a major contribution to climate change. Greenhouse gases methane and CO2 are released when the gas is burned. Shell's gas flares in Nigeria emit as much greenhouse gas as four million passenger cars, half of all the cars in the Netherlands. That is nine tonnes of greenhouse gas per year (2).The consequences of climate change are already noticeable in Nigeria. In the north, extreme rainfall in regions that are normally dry as dust caused severe flooding in 2009 and many homes made from clay and mud collapsed.

Shell's high-profile annual recruitment event at Oxford's Randolph Hotel was disrupted last night when members of the audience invaded the stage and took over the event. Around 20 campaigners from Thames Valley Climate Action [1] targeted the 6.30pm event in protest at the company's major involvement in Canada's Tar Sands, as well as their collusion in human rights abuses in Nigeria and Ireland, their destructive drilling in the Arctic, and their contribution to climate change. This followed on from a protest just last week, where BP's recruitment event at the Randolph was similarly disrupted.

The Shell Eco-marathon Americas, held in Houston March 26-28, 2010, was the perfect setting for discussions of the world's energy future. For many years Shell has challenged teams of young people from high schools and colleges to design, build, and test energy efficient vehicles and compete to see which team's vehicle can travel farthest on the least fuel. To Houston came teams from all over the US and Canada—Shell also hosts Shell Eco-marathons in Europe and Asia—bringing solar cars, hydrogen-fueled cars, ethanol-fueled cars. (And, yes, some vehicles powered by gasoline.) It was a soap-Box Derby for geeks, with vehicles sleek and futuristic, boxy and plain, and altogether cool. Beyond the Shell Eco-marathon there is another race going on—a race between the world's growing energy needs and the earth's carbon carrying capacity. That race involves technical challenges, trade-offs, and other issues that are infinitely more complex than the daunting challenge the students faced. To explore it, Shell and Big Think produced a series of panel discussions about the world's energy future. This luncheon panel discussion, filmed and broadcast live online, focused on "Post-COP15: The Road to Mexico"and was moderated by Thomas A. Stewart, Chief Marketing & Knowledge Officer, Booz & Company, and featuring Vinod Khosla, Founding CEO, Sun Microsystems; Founder, Khosla Ventures, Marc Stuart, Co-Founder, EcoSecurities and Peter Voser, CEO, Royal Dutch Shell with comments from name Norberto ...

nickgriffin.eu Another brilliant speech from Nick Griffin. The following formed the basis of Nick Griffins address to the European Parliament in Strasbourg this afternoon: After Copenhagen, let us reassess the whole Global warming story. At Copenhagen we had the irony not just of Climategate Two, but also the onset of one of the harshest winters in decades. Since then we have seen the debunking of the Potsdam sea level scare. The Goddard Institute has been caught fiddling the temperature records. The vanishing Himalayan Glaciers have been exposed as a fantasy. Mr. Pachauri has emerged as a Climate Change profiteer. The world is cooling. Global warming is a fraud. This is not a victimless crime. Carbon taxes push up fuel prices, killing our old folk as we speak. The Billions wasted researching this non-existent problem are Billions that cannot be spent defeating real scourges such as Alzheimers, or ending real environmental disasters such as deforestation. Carbon credit trading makes billions for City sharks at the expense of families in poverty. The loss of agricultural land to bio-fuels has already doubled food prices, so millions starve while greedy corporations make even fatter profits. Those pushing the unscientific nonsense of man made climate change Shell, Monsanto, the international banks, Bilderberg One Worlders, carbon billionaires and their useful idiot allies on the Left are running the biggest fraud in human history. They must and will be called to account, as ...

Danish text link from this site: www.guardian.co.uk the final copenhagen accord can be found here: www.ibtimes.com www.infowars.com Alex Jones Breaks Down World Government Takeover In Alex's second special message about Climategate, the UN Climate Change Conference at Copenhagen and the Global Takeover, he analyzes the leaked documents in a draft of the treaty that expose the true intentions of the meeting-- to shut down development in the Third World and dominate the planet through a carbon tax. Alex also exposes President Obama's cynical move to have the EPA declare CO2 to be a danger-- in the face of logic and common sense. Through this designation, regulation could be implemented in the name of cutting emissions even if the Senate were to fail to ratify the Copenhagen treaty, which Obama is expected to sign. Further, Alex points out that this scheme is just the implementation of a larger-scale plan to de-industrialize the already developed world and maintain control over the emerging spheres-- from Maurice Strong to Paul Ehrlich & now-Science Czar John P. Holdren, top globalists have targeted human activity as a negative and implemented eugenics policies to breakdown mankind's natural order.

Milieudefensie demands that Shell spend a portion of its more than 25 billion profit in 2006 to limit environmental damage in places such as Nigeria. LONDON GUARDIAN: Copenhagen climate summit in disarray after 'Danish text' leak www.guardian.co.uk "The draft hands effective control of climate change finance to the World Bank; would abandon the Kyoto protocol the only legally binding treaty that the world has on emissions ...
